Saryza supplies aseptic tomato paste engineered for uninterrupted manufacturing, consistent quality, and export-ready logistics. Our process controls the whole chain—from varietal selection and sorting to hot-break or cold-break processing, concentration, and aseptic filling—so every batch ships on-spec with the documentation your QA and procurement teams need. The result is a clean-label ingredient with stable color, predictable Brix, and long ambient shelf life without preservatives, ready for sauces, ketchups, ready meals, and food-service applications.
Process & Quality Control
We produce both hot-break and cold-break paste to match your target texture and flavor. Hot-break rapidly inactivates pectinases to preserve structure and deliver a thicker body—ideal when you want cling and fill-weight stability with minimal added thickeners. Cold-break starts at lower temperatures to retain brighter tomato notes and a lighter body, often preferred for fresh-tasting profiles. Each batch is monitored for Brix, pH, a/b color ratio, viscosity, and visual defects. Results are released with a batch Certificate of Analysis (COA) for full transparency and traceability.
Brix Options & Formulation Fit
Saryza offers standardized grades across 28–38° Brix to suit different recipes and plant conditions.
28–30° Brix: easier dilution, fast heat transfer, and mild tomato intensity—useful when your formulation has higher water activity.
30–32° Brix: a versatile middle ground for ketchups and table sauces, balancing flavor load and manageable viscosity.
36–38° Brix: maximum solids per drum to reduce inbound freight and storage; simply dilute on site to your target Brix.
Beyond Brix, we help align viscosity to your mixing and filling equipment, tune a/b color to label expectations, and match pH to preservation and thermal schedules. If you require a defined pulp level or seeds/skins threshold, our technical team can tailor the profile and provide samples for pilot validation.
Aseptic Packaging & Handling
Product is filled into sterilized liners and sealed in aseptic drums (≈220 L) or IBCs (≈1000 L) with palletization, batch codes, and bilingual labels. This packaging protects microbiological integrity and minimizes handling risks during storage and transport. Recommended storage is a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight with FIFO rotation. Under proper conditions, shelf life typically extends 18–24 months (refer to the COA/handling guide for batch-specific details). Gentle mixing before use helps achieve full homogeneity after storage.
Documentation & Compliance
To simplify import and QA release, shipments include batch COA and, where required, Health and Halal certificates, along with standard export documentation matched to your market. Full batch traceability and retained samples support audits and continuous improvement. For tariff classification, a typical reference HS code is 200290 (concentrated tomato products), subject to local customs confirmation.
Operations & Logistics
Whether you purchase under FOB, CFR, or CIF terms, our logistics team coordinates production slots, consolidation, and sailing schedules to help you plan material availability and avoid line stops. Clear communication on ETD/ETA and proactive issue management are core to our delivery discipline.
